Came in on a Wednesday evening. Quiet, with a few tables going. Ordered rice cakes with cheese, a roll of spicy tuna, and a bottle of soju. I was greeted with some spicy cucumber and a spicy soup. Very very pleasant. If you can handle spice, itโs a pleasure, if not, ask for little to no spice. I like Thai American spice so it worked out well for me. The rice cakes were delicious and satisfying in flavor and texture. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. A chill laid back family shop to which I will be returning, to fill myself with some good olโ Korean food and soju.

Ordered via Doordash on June 6th 2026 Online ordering exp: I have an allergy that I listed as a just in case. Usually, restaurants will call fairly quickly when they check the order to clarify or make adjustments as needed. This spot called me 20 minutes after the order was made and told me they would be ommitting the dumplings from the Rice Cake & Dumpling Soup because there is sesame oil in them. I asked if we could swap the item or subsitute - they said no. I asked if we could cancel the order then, since this was the reason I considered this restaurant to begin with - they said they couldnt and I had to... i cannot because they already accepted the order on doordash. They then told me they couldnt cancel because the kitchen was already working on it. No substitution was offered or add-on (which sre listed as available on their doordash menu). Basically it was a courtesy call that I would not get dumplings. The basic equivilant of ordering chicken and waffles and bring told you will only be getting waffles.. Rice cake & dumpling soup: Missing dumplings aside, the soup was good - good, fairly deep broth flavor, the thickness of the broth from the rice cakes was good. Tangsuyuk

The food was surprisingly delicious. I can feel like it's authentic from Korean. Staff is very friendly and willing to recommend if he not sure about the food. Highly recommend, will definitely come back.

โve been to Doma a few times and love it. Some of the best food of any kind (it is Korean) in the neighborhood, which is loaded with great restaurant options. A small mom-and-pop, maybe mom-and-daughter, place โ the kind you feel good supporting. And the food is superb. Authentic, unique, adventurous even. The servers are helpful, efficient, and friendly. Food great, service great. But after todayโs visit Iโm not sure Iโll go back. Maybe I was there on a bad day, but an employee (maybe the proprietor) so messed with the otherwise lovely ambience of the place that by the end of the meal, I couldnโt wait to escape. To me, itโs just irritating as hell when somebody in a restaurant is making noise with their telephone. Maybe they feel the need to subject everyone in the restaurant to their conversation. Maybe they want to watch a TV show. Maybe they want to listen to THEIR music, so they decide everyone else is going to listen to it too. Maybe they want to use it to make the kids shut up. Whatever, it just seems totally inappropriate and disruptive. Doma is a very small restaurant and a woman who appeared to be an employee, maybe even a proprietor, was doing exactly that,
